Seed Career Global Consult (SCGC) is a training, recruitment, and staffing organization. We offer interview preparation, career development and staff trainings in addition to recruitment and staffing services.

SCGC was birthed out of a passion to see individuals excel in interviews and land their dream roles. The founder who is also the lead consultant had come across several people who through the fear of interviews had lost so many great opportunities. She believed if people learnt how to OWN interviews, they will go on to build successful careers for themselves.

As the organization grew, it became clear that not only do individuals want to land their dream jobs, but organizations are also constantly looking for employees that bring value to their organization. In SCGC, we believe an organization’s success is a cumulation of its individual employee success.
